This policy describes how Stefano Quadri ("Stefano Quadri") uses cookies and similar technologies on the namai.it website and in the NAMAI application, pursuant to Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the Cookie Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10 June 2021. For the processing of personal data in general, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that the websites visited send to the user's device, where they are stored and then sent back to the same websites on the next visit. Similar functions are performed by other technologies, such as the browser's local storage, which this policy treats in the same way.

2. Cookies used

NAMAI uses only technical cookies, which are needed for the Service to work and for which the law does not require the user's consent. We do not use profiling or marketing cookies or third-party analytics tools.

  • namai-session-data — Keeps the user's login session to the application (authentication). Duration: Browser session. Type: Technical, first party.
  • namai-refresh — Securely renews the session without asking for credentials again. Duration: Until the session expires or logout. Type: Technical, first party.
  • site_preview — Allows the Agency to preview its showcase website before publishing it. Duration: 15 minutes. Type: Technical, first party.

3. Browser local storage

In addition to cookies, the Service saves some preferences in the browser's local storage:

  • theme — Remembers the light/dark theme preference. Duration: Until deleted by the user.
  • userData — Remembers the email in the login form if the user selects "Remember me". Duration: Until deleted by the user.
  • cookie-notice — Remembers that the cookie notice has already been read. Duration: Until deleted by the user.

This data stays on the user's device and is not transmitted to Stefano Quadri.

4. Third-party cookies and Agency showcase websites

The namai.it website does not install third-party cookies. Showcase websites published by customer Agencies on NAMAI may include security features (e.g. Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam verification on contact forms) provided by third parties, which operate for technical security purposes. For any further tools introduced independently by the Agency, which is the controller of its own website, the policy published by the Agency itself applies.

5. How to manage or disable cookies

The user can delete or block cookies at any time from their browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Disabling technical cookies may prevent access to the application.

6. Changes and contacts

Stefano Quadri may update this policy, for example if measurement or third-party tools are introduced in future; in that case the user's consent will be requested before they are activated. For any request: [email protected].
